We accept and file most commercial insurances, Medicare, and some Medicaid plans.  

For Suboxone and other addictions evaluations, we ask that you cover the cost for your initial evaluation the same day you are seen.  This is because these evaluations are particularly time consuming, and sometimes not covered by insurance. We have had better success lately getting insurance companies to cover these services, and after your first visit, we'll file your insurance if you want us to.   If your insurance company covers the services,  we'll reimburse you what you've paid us up front.
